Post Transcriptional Gene Silencers

Santa Cruz Biotechnology는 >99%의 human gene과 >99%의 mouse gene을 knock down 시키는 siRNA와 shRNA (plasmid과 lentiviral) gene silencers를 제공하고 있습니다. 각 siRNA는 3개의 19-25 nucleotide double stranded RNA pool로 구성되어 있습니다. 각 siRNA vial에는 transfection 수행시 50-100번 가량 실험할 수 있는 3 nmol lyophilized siRNA가 들어있습니다. shRNA Plasmid는 transient 또는 stable (puromycin-selection) transfection을 위한 20ug transfection-ready plasmid DNA로 제공되고 있습니다. shRNA Lentiviral Particle은 hairpin loop 구조의 19-25 nucleotide shRNA를 encode하는 3-5 개의 expression construct로 구성되어 있고, 200ul의 transduction-ready viral particle로 제공하고 있습니다. 각 제품에 control antibody와 RT-PCR primer도 제공하고 있습니다.
